EZLIQUIDPOWDER™ coating is powder coating material formulated in a 0 VOC solution. This produces advanced properties unobtainable with conventional powder and accommodates efficient liquid application methods. EZLIQUIDPOWDER™ coating can be sprayed with or without electrostatics and is cured the same as conventional powder.

Provide all the benefits of conventional dry powder, plus a few extra.

Due to reduced particle size, everything else being equal, it will surpass the adhesion properties of conventional powder. Corrosion and impact properties are also greatly improved over conventional powder. In addition, thin films as low as .5 mils can be achieved, unobtainable with regular powder.

Provide powder attraction and film build where there’s poor electrostatic attraction.

Examples: Faraday Cage Areas, Deep Recesses, Corners, Welds, i.e. anywhere film build and adhesion are difficult, or where superior corrosion protection is desired.

As a conductive coating, it will adapt to a waterborne electrostatic set-up. In general, fluid handling will be about the same. To maximize efficiency, some minor adjustments in spray application, such as tip sizes and pressure regulation, might be advised. Before curing, water must be fully evaporated. This can be accelerated with air movement and/or coating a preheated substrate.

EZLIQUIDPOWDER™ is formulated with an ISO Process Control powder from a leading manufacturer. Many different powder chemistries are available to meet a customer’s specifications (e.g. Black Super Durable Polyester Low Cure). Available in 50 gallons and up. Smaller samples are available for testing.
